MultiLiner Design Guide
The MultiLiner ASTM F1216 Online Design Software (MultiCalc) is provided 'as is' and
should always be confirmed by an accredited engineer in your
territory. The program uses ASTM F1216-98 specifications to
determine a suitable thickness of liner for your project conditions.
At present the calculator is offered in two versions:
US Imperial F1216 Calculator
Canadian Metric Hybrid F1216 Calculator
The following conditions are analyzed:
- Partial Deterioration (Modified Timoshenko)
- Full Deterioration (AWWA Buckling)
- Deflection (Modified Iowa)
- Traffic Loading (Modified Marston)
- Flow Capacity (Manning)
Many of the terms used in these formulas are explained in the
CIPP Glossary.
At this time Multiliner does not provide online F1216 pressure
pipe calculations.
The results of the MultiCalc program are stored in a database to
analyze design interests.
