MultiLiner® is the strongest CIPP product on the market!!!!
- And even price competitive in comparison with most felt products...

One of the many benefits of the MultiLiner® include pre-impregnation. The MultiLiner® is delivered in a box, impregnated and ready to install. You can keep the liner on shelf up to 4 weeks or more when stored below 65ºF / 18ºC.

You take the MultiLiner® to the job site and winch it in directly from the transportation box.

DN 16"/400 mm MultiLiner® ready to pull in directly from the box.

Having 4 weeks after impregnation to install the MultiLiner® sure makes your relining schedule a lot more flexible. And you don't have to bother with the impregnation yourself!!!!

Here are more of the many MultiLiner® benefits:

  • Seamless fiberglass liner. ASTM approved (new standard F 2019) and US patented!

In all liners the seam has always been the weakest point ...
... the
MultiLiner® has NO WEAK POINTS!

A multiple number of fiberglass layers determine the wall thickness.

  • The strongest CIPP liner on the market. Up to 5 times stronger than any other felt liner! This has a serious impact on the material thickness and the cost of the liner:

A typical DIA 12" / DIA 300mm MultiLiner® is only 3.0 mm thick

A typical DN 18" / DN 450mm MultiLiner® is only 5.0 mm thick

A typical DN 24" / DN 600mm MultiLiner® is only 7.0 mm thick

A typical DN 40" / DN 1.000mm MultiLiner® is only 10.0 mm thick

  • Available in DN 6" - 48" / 150 - 1200 mm
  • Fast curing time and small set-up. Makes it possible to do 2 or more installations per day!

A 12" MultiLiner® is cured in 3 1/2 - 4 hours.

A 40" MultiLiner® is cured in approx. 6 hours.

(This may increase, depending on depth, hydraulic pressure, etc.)

Installing the MultiLiner® requires no inversion towers and large trucks.
The equipment is fast and easily set up anywhere, anytime.

  • The tightest fit. Due to the extremely high curing temperature achieved by steam, the curing process is very fast. The shrinkage after curing is very close to non-existing, normally less than 1%. In comparison a typical felt liner has up to 3% shrinkage.
  • Low start-up cost! Rental equipment available.
