Engineering & Design
Pacific MultiLiner's team will help you find
the best product for your CIPP project. Our in-house staff
can offer recommended materials and design parameters according to
project conditions.
Dry Bag
Supply
The Pacific MultiLiner facility (located in
Abbotsford, British Columbia, less than
five minutes from the US border) produces and ship dry bag
for manhole-to-manhole and point repairs. We can ship most common
sizes to North America in less than 7 working days. For more details
talk to our production manager, Mica Thiessen.
Precision Wet-Out
PMI's 3-roller impregnation table can wet out
product to 1/10th of a millimeter, an accuracy that field wet-out
rarely achieves. If your project requires consistent resin volume,
our factory controlled wet-out could be the solution you're looking
for. Guy Adams can give you the details
on our wet-out facility.
Quality
Control
CIPP without a quality control procedure is a disaster waiting to
happen. PMI provides a clear 'product trail' throughout the
following stages of CIPP manufacture to ensure you know exactly what
it is you're putting in the ground.
- Conditions Assessment
- Specification Analysis
- Tender Structure
- Procurement
- Build Assessment
- Installer Assessment
- Manufacture
- Storage
- Shipping
- Installation Assessment
- CIPP Installation
- Post-Installation Analysis
Support
With installation crews in 13 countries, 24-hour product support
is a necessary part of the MultiLiner process. Scheduled projects outside of normal business
hours are regularly coordinated with overseas and local support to ensure
immediate response to unexpected conditions.
Installation Services
PMI's in-house staff has installed liner throughout Europe, Asia
and North America with a combined total of over 125,000 feet since
2000.
